Getting this message in my inbox was such a great way to start the New Year.  I will continue to hard to improve myself and my service to you.  Thank you again for your patience and support this past year as I studied and wrote my Naturopathic Prescribing Examination.  Now it is time to take good care of ourselves and our families.

If you haven’t heard my studying woes, I would happy to share all that I have learned about pharmaceuticals and evidence based medicine.  It has been an enlightening experience and I grateful to be wiser for it.  It allows me to better evaluate your prescription medication and gives you all the pros and cons based on best evidence.  Are the side effects worse than the disease?  Are your drugs interacting with each other?  Do they increasing risk for other diseases?  Are you taking too much medication?

2016 is going to be a healthy, exciting, and successful year for yours and mine.
