Spinach Corn Bread

You will need :

1.5 cup corn meal
1 cup brown flour (wheat or spelt)
1 package of spinach
1 cup soy milk
2 tsp baking powder

Mix corn meal with flour.  Add approximately 1 cup of soy milk.  Stir to evenly mix.  Add 1 package of chopped spinach.  The mix should be pretty runny.  Pour into a large pan or several smaller pans to approximately 1/2 to 3/4 inch depth.  Bake at 375 degree for approximately 20 minutes.   Remove from oven when the edges start to turn brown.
