It is almost common place in a naturopathic practice to see clients with some type of digestive issues. Even if you have not been diagnosed with acid reflux, inflammatory bowel disease (ulcerative colitis, Crohn's), and/ or irritable bowel syndrome (a catch-all term for "we don't know what caused your symptoms); you may already be experiencing symptoms such as heart burn, chronic constipation (less than one bowel movement/day), chronic diarrhea, irregular bowel habits, abdominal cramping, and/or excessive gas.
